Accessibility
House on 2 floors with roof terrace and therefore not suitable for the physically disabled. Small pond approx 40cm deep means small children under 5 need to be under adult supervision if left in garden.

Located just 10 minutes drive from a choice of Atlantic beaches ie Praia Grande, Praia da Adraga, Praia Pequena and Praia das Maças. Also several swimming pools located nearby.
