Newly built apartment in seaside town of Armacao De Pera. 5 minute walk from beach, bars and resturants.Armação De Pêra boasts one of the longest beach in Algarve with 3km of golden sandy beaches. The town is just 40 minutes drive from Faro airport. The apartment complex is located about 800 metres from the lively summer night life and is therefore not effected by noise. The Algarve shopping center, Zoo Marina and Aqualand are 10 to 15 minute drive. It's central location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the Algarve coast line. The quite location makes it perfect for a family holiday.

Complex contains 2 large pools,kiddies pool and large playing area. There is also a pool side bar which serves snacks and main meals.Also Sky Sports.
Coast/Beach
Beach is 700/800 metres from apartment.One of the longest beaches in the Algarve comprising 3km of golden sand.
Golf
Driving proximity to several golf courses. Salgados golf course is about 5 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is 40 minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged at cost of 84 euro for taxi and 118 euro return for minibus. While car hire is not essential, it would be useful if you are interested in exploring the many beautiful areas in the Algarve. It is possible to drive from one end of Algarve to the other in 2 and half hours. It is possible to hire a car for a couple of days only.
Distances
Albuferia is 10 km away with it's infamous strip of bars and resturants. 5 minute drive to Zoo Marina,Aqua land and Algarve shopping centre.
Further details
There are several supermarkets in the town with numerous newstands and corner stores. There are numerous bars and restaurants with a wide range of choices. ATM machines are plentiful and they take non Portugese both debit and credit cards. Key holder is 50m from apartment who will also be able to give advise/direction/assistance if required.
