The villa was completely remodelled 2 years ago into an exclusive country villa. The villa has a very high standard and a pleasant spacious ambiance. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms, large new kitchen with all possible equipment and air-conditioning. The villa has 37 acres of land with fruit trees and flowers. Built in the valley, dream away with the breathtaking views over Silves, Portimão and Lagos. The villa is located in the heart of the Algarve. The most difficult act of your hollidays, will be leaving the villa and it's premises.

Occupation 6 persons 30 % discount.
Occupation 4 persons 40 % discount .

| Bedrooms: | 3 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bedroom with twin beds. 2 sofa beds. All beds have matresses, linen and pillows of outstanding quality. Extra child beds are available if required. |
| Bathrooms: | 4 bathrooms with shower, all with private WC. 1 separate WC outside near the dining area. |
| Kitchen: | The main kitchen is well equipped with toaster, microwave, good cooker, large fridge, dishwasher. The outside garden kitchen has the same equipment. |
| Utility Room: | Is available with washing machine and more equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has it's own ambiance, nicely decorated with paintings, sculptures. Sat TV, CD-DVD player, ADSL is available. |
| Other: | Beside the main heated 9/4m swimming pool we have a children's pool (7 /3.5). |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, except beach towels. You have to bring your own. Once a week general cleaning, during midweek and towel change. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa owners are providing you ADSL/wireless Internet and a PC is available and free of charge
End holliday cleaning / 50 euros
All rooms are provided with air conditioning (cooling/heating) -extra charge.
Outside
Beautiful garden, flowers, relaxing areas. Our separate dining area in the garden with a unique outside kichen, BBQ area. Childrens playground and pool, ping-pong table, dartboard.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes to coast (Armação de Pera, Albufeira, Ferragudo). One of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve is to be found in Armação de Pera, around 15 min drive from the villa.
Golf
Golf courses can be found near Monchique and Carvoeiro,
and a new golf course just oudside Silves just opened. Just a 10 min drive.
Special interest holidays
We do cookery courses or we make your diner at night with a Michelin star chef. Also relax massages available.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, 40 min drive. Lisbon and Sevilla around 205 hours drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
6 km to Silves town, a wonderfull old city with lots of history, lots of local restaurants, bars and shopping. 20 km to Albufeira (disco) and 16 km to Portimão (fishing harbour).
Further details
Silves has several supermarkets called Modelo and Lidl, also the local market, where you can buy fresh fish and vegetables.
Booking notes
When you are interested and want to book, 40% deposit has to be paid of the total balance and the remaining balance on arrival day. We always advise you to take a travel insurance for cancellation reasons.
