Large veranda with wonderful sea views with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The spectacular Foz Do Arelho beach and Obidos Lagoon is located only a few minutes walk from the apartment, with bars and restaurants along the beach front that you can choose from. It is an area very popular with surfers.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey Golf and Beach Resort has been rated 2nd Best in Europe by 'Place in the Sun' magazine and is only a 30 minute drive. It is a par 72 links style course with fantastic fairways along the beach with beautiful ocean views.
Travel
Lisbon airport - 80km (45mins)
Porto airport - 3 hours.
Best flights available directly from BA, also TAP, Monarch and Easyjet. Prices vary, but are very reasonable if booked early.
Distances
The center of Foz Do Arelho town is within a 20 min walk away and has 2 mini supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, bakery, taxi service, restaurants and bars. The medieval town of Obidos is located within a 15 min drive. Caldas Da Rainha, with its excellent shops, supermarkets, thermal hospital and daily fruit, fish and veg market is only 10 min drive away.
