Notes on prices
Prices per apartment, per week, in Euros.
A 25% non refundable deposit to make reservation.
The balance is due 1 month before your date of arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros is required to be paid with final balance (providing there is no damage, or breakages, this will be returned to you or destroyed).
Payments can be made by cheque, paypal account or bank transfer.

Changeover day
Check out time is 11am, but depending on other bookings we are flexible on this.

Casa Agrícola Apartments

Bedroom with double or twin beds. Air conditioning. Double glaze windows. Wardrobe or dressing table, bedside tables, mirror, safe, chair. 2 of the apartments have a full Bathroom (with a bath) and the remaining 3 have shower cubicles. Well equipped Kitchen with cooking utensils, including cooker, mini-oven, kettle, fridge, freezer. Four of the kitchens have a dining table with 4 seats. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Cot is available upon request and requires pre-booking. Living Rooms: One sofa bed for two adults or children, individual armchair, satellite TV, coffee table, Air conditioning, double glazed windows. One of the apartments has a dining table and seats for 4 persons in the lounge / dining area. Each apartment has a terrace / patio and the one on the first floor has a balcony with beautiful mountain and sea view. Each terrace area has table ans chairs for 4 persons. Free and secure car parking.

Towels and linen provided. Cleaning is included twice a week.
Linen will be changed once a week, and towels twice a week.

Accessibility
4 apartments are on the ground floor (3 are overlooking the pools and garden) and 1 is on the first floor.

Two salt water pools. Two barbeques (shared). Lawned garden. Table Tennis. Shared laundry room.
Terrace / Patio with table, chairs, parasol, sun beds and mattresses.
Private car parking.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within the apartment's proximity: Falesia beach, Olhos de Água beach, Santa Eulália beach and Praia da Oura beach.

Golf
You have a selection of golf courses near Casa Agrícola. The Sheraton's Pine Cliffs golf course wich is a 9 hole is only 2 minutes away, the magnificent Vilamoura golf courses is 15 minutes away, as well as the beautiful Salgados golf course which is situated near the beautiful Salgados beach.

Travel
International Faro Airport is 30 minutes away by car. Private taxi transfer can be pre.booked with us.
We recommend renting a car to be able to get out and about more easily, but in the vicinity there are bus stops and a taxi rank.

Distances
Açoteias is within easy walking distance and Olhos de Água is only 2 kms away. Here you can find a variety of services suchs as banks, chemist, health centre, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Praia da Oura and Albufeira are 6 kms away (under 5 minutes by car). Vilamoura is 15 minutes away, by car. Fantastic shopping centre in Guia (Algarve Shopping) with bowling, shops and cinemas, only a 10 minute drive from the apartments. Several waterparks and theme parks (Zoomarine) within easy reach.

Further details
In the neighbouring beaches there are is a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and beach bars.
Inland you will find a number of picturesque villages that are well know for their traditional restaurants and cuisine.
