Villa Soobreira is quite lovely, situated in a woodland area in Vale de Garrao, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The villa is only a few minutes drive from a beautiful beach, restaurants, supermarkets, horse ridin and golf courses yet offers peace and tranquillity set amidst pine woodlands. Uniquely designed by the current owner you will be thrilled and delighted with this villa with its own gardens, tennis court, own pool and many other design features. It is not isolated but 1 of 3 villas set amidst woodlands. It has a beautiful mature garden with BBQ and patio areas and plentiful parking. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms on the ground floor. The third bedroom is accessed via ornate metal spiral staircase to first floor. This bedroom has its own terrace and bathroom, sheer luxury! To the side is an exceptionally large open lounge area (mezzanine) which has several sofas, music, further table/chairs but offers additional sleeping on double sofabed.

Changeover day
Would prefer Sat to Sat end July and throughout August. Can be more flexible out of high season. But please, look at our calendar and contact us to negotiate.

| Living Rooms: | A very large lounge, in tasteful tones of white and yellow with various seating areas. Around the open wood fireplace there is a TV (cable TV stereo and DVD) and sofas. Another area has further seating. Beautifully equipped, original artwork etc. |
| Other: | Off the lounge is a separate bright and airy dining area which comfortably seats 8 with windows overlooking the pool (see photos). |

Notes on accommodation
This is the first full year of advertising Villa Sobreira on Owners Direct. The villa has previously been advertised at much higher prices by major villa company. Prices are therefore exceptionally low for 2008 for a villa of this quality and location.
The villa has large open areas around the pool and tennis court but is surrounded by many beautiful trees, providing shade when you need it. The villa is exceptionally cool in summer months. Electric fans are provided but we do not believe you will require them.
The terrace around the pool is fully equipped, with tables, chairs, loungers. Off to the side is a BBQ for alfresco dining. There is piped music available from a variety of outlets.
Fabulous outbuildings just off the pool offer a unique way of showering (!) and a large hammock to sleep away the days. Again you will fight over this!

Accessibility
There is a flat entrance to the property and we believe all areas on the ground floor to be accessible.
Outside
Beautiful mature garden surrounds the villa with lots of grass for children to play. Large driveway for up to 8 cars.
Tennis court at the rear of the property is full size with practice areas marked. Seating inside the court for guests to watch.
Large fully equipped swimming pool with external shower room and toilet off to side. Hammock for those who want to sleep the day away. Piped music to pool and gardens. Lights for evening surround the pool area. Lots of tables and chairs and a large shaded BBQ area off to side. You will feel spoilt!! Pool and gardens maintained to highest standard at all times by experts. Just bring your own tennis rackets/balls. We will provide your pool towels so no need to bring.
Coast/Beach
Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Would take 8-10 minutes by bike and 15-20+ minutes walking. Beach is quite beautiful with bar and watersport facilities. Beautiful sandy beaches, crystal and warm waters, watersport facilities.
Within 10-25 mins you can access other central Algarve venues including go-karting, zoo, waterparks, swim with dolphins, many other beautiful beaches.
Golf
This is an ideal location for golfing and fabulous beach holidays. The nearest golf course is Ocean Golf Course / Royal Golf Course only 1-2 mis away.
Within 5 mins are the Quinta do Lago courses: Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago North (Ria Formosa) and San Lorenzo. Villamoura golf courses are only 10 mins drive away. Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol.
Special interest holidays
Within 3-4 minutes walk from the villa is a horse riding centre where you can hire horses. You are also only 5 mins drive from the area's most exclusive shopping centre. Bike hire is readily available and can be arranged for you, payment on arrival.
For those special occasions we can also arrange for a chef to cook a special meal for you. We can also arrange a personal trainer. Happy to arrange other special occasion events flowers, cakes etc.
Travel
20-25 mins drive from the Faro International Airport. Car hire essential to enjoy the area.
Distances
For driving reference: 3/4 mins drive to the beach and local facilities. 2 mins to horse riding centre. 5 mins drive to Quinta do Lago. 5 mins drive to shopping centre, supermarket, restaurants, local shops. 5 mins to Vale do Lobo. 8 mins to Almancil (banks, pharmacies). 2 mins to nearest golf course. 10 mins to karting circuit. 15 mins to water slide park.
Further details
There are plenty of high quality local and international cuisine restaurants in the area, entertainment and leisure activities(golf courses, water parks, horse riding, water sports, karting,...), local and handicraft shops, fish market (Quarteira), local markets, shopping centre, supermarkets and banks.
Booking notes
Booking deposit 30%. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing. Breakage deposit of £300 required that will be returned to you after checking on any breakages/losses have occurred and all keys have been returned.
Price includes: Small food/drinks pack on arrival, all linen and towels supplied, mid week clean + extra minor cleaning of kitchen/bathrooms during the week, services of English speaking manager to meet you on arrival, show you the villa, be on call during your stay.
