The 18 hole golf course is one of Europe's most spectacular with views over the Atlantic and Algarve countryside and guests at Casa Sophie receive a 40% discount on green fees with preferential tee off times. Guests also have access to Spa Floresta featuring a gymnasium, health treatments, steam and sauna rooms, hair and nail studio and childrens play area. The resort also provides a popular kids club with sports and arts activities. Other sports available in the vicinity include scuba diving, bowling and tennis.

The Western Algarve is a land of unspoilt natural beauty featuring rolling rugged landscapes, long stretches of deserted, sandy beaches and fishing villages nestling in rocky coves.
Golf
The 18 hole golf course at Parque da Floresta is one of Europe's most spectacular. There is a 40% discount on green fees for guests and preferential tee off times.
