The balcony is South facing and has sun all day, it has stunning sea views and is perfect for alfresco dining. Just a short walk to the beach and very close to all amenities.

Notes on prices
Prices for the property are per week in UK Pounds. Winter Long Stay - £175 per week inc bills, based on a min 4 weeks stay between 1 Nov 08 - 31 Mar 09. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 security deposit is required with the balance and will be returned after your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the contents or the apartment.
Supplement charge of £25-£40 per week for each extra person above 4 people.

Notes on accommodation
Although the apartment will comfortably sleep 4 persons, we can also accommodate for up to 6 people due to the interior bedroom. This room has a bunk bed and is only suitable for children between the ages of 5-15 years. Ramps and lifts make it very suitable for young children, the elderly or wheelchair users. High chair hire available for 20 euros per week. Travel cot hire available for 20 euros per week.

Accessibility
The apartment is on one level and with lift access the apartment is suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
Outside
A balcony with table and chairs and BBQ. A shared pool with stunning views of the sea. Although as with all swimming pools there is a shallow and deep end, please be advised that there are no depth markers.
Coast/Beach
Fisherman's beach is just a two minute walk away. Numerous other beaches are just a short drive away
Golf
Salgados golf course is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Vilamoura is a 20 minute drive away with numerous golf courses.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro airport which is a 30 minute drive away. There are numerous taxis and transfers can be arranged.
Distances
The 'strip' is a just a short taxi ride away, they cost around €5. A car is not needed as everything you need is within walking distance of the apartment.
Further details
Zoo Marine and two water parks that provide wonderful entertainment for the family are all within close proximity.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
