The villa was extended and fully refurbished in 2011 to include an extra bathroom and air-conditioning, it is made up of a large living room which has TV, DVD and CD player. A well equipped kitchen with an ajoining breakfast room, there are 3 large bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with showers. A maid service is provided on a weekly basis with towels and bed linen provided. Outside is a large kidney shaped pool, covered terrace, barbecue area, gardens and sun terrace.

Travel
Guia is situated 37 kilometers from Faro airport and can easily be reached by taxi or hire car. The nearest town to Guia is Albufeira which is the largest in the Algarve. Albufeira has many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs all in easy reach by taxi.
Further details
Algarve shopping centre is 2 kilometers away and is a large out of town centre offering many designer shops, cafés, multi screen cinema and a hypermarket. There are many other activities near by such as golf courses, water parks, Zoomarine and the Algarve Zoo.
