Apartment Martine is a modern 1 bedroom apartment at the end of the tier on the second floor with sea views from the terrace over towards the Meia Praia beach. The Marina Park apartment complex is located at Quinta de Landeiro just up the hill from the popular and busy Lagos Marina and the apartments have been built within tastefully landscaped gardens. There is a large rectangular communal pool and also a children's pool and playground available to guests. The pool is surrounded by terracing which is equipped with sun loungers and has a poolside bar and restaurant. Beyond are two all weather tennis courts also available to guests but at local cost. The apartments are convenient for Lagos town centre with its many shops, restaurants and busy nightlife while there is a small mini market on the complex.

As there are flights every day of the week we do not have a specific changeover day and will do our best to accommodate people's personal preferences.

The bedroom has twin beds and floor to ceiling wardrobes with sliding doors.
A sofa bed in the living room converts into two free standing twin beds. |

The bathroom, which is fully tiled, has a full sized bath with integral shower, a wash hand-basin, w.c. and bidet and towel rail. |
| Kitchen: |
The fully equipped kitchenette has an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a washing machine and a toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board for guests convenience. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room which incorporates a small kitchenette is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a 3-seater sofabed, a television with a DVD player. Patio doors lead out on to the terrace with table and chairs for outside dining. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Maid service is included in the rental price. Towels are changed mid week and the linen and towels are changed at the end of any seven day period. |

The apartments have an underground garage with space reserved for each apartment.
There is lift access to all levels.
A small digital safe has been fitted for guests convenience.

Accessibility
The apartment is at the end of the tier on the second floor. There is a lift to all levels.
Coast/Beach
The Meia Praia beach which encircles the bay of Lagos is 3 minutes away by car. This is a flat sandy beach with plenty of beach bars and restaurants which is popular with families.
Golf
There are three golf courses within a short distance of the apartment. Palmares and Boavista in Lagos, Parque da Floresta in Budens.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro and there is now a new motorway which covers the whole journey from Faro to Lagos in under an hour.
A car is not essential but advisable for sightseeing. Also the apartments are located on the top of a hill so the walk back can be onerous especially if carrying shopping or with small children.
Distances
Lagos city centre and the Marina are 5 minutes away by car, the town of Portimao is 20 minutes down the motorway and Algarve Shopping at Guia.
The Slide and Splash Water Park near Lagoa is 30 minutes down the motorway and there are also special buses laid on by the company at specific times of the day which take you there and bring you back.
Further details
There are several large modern supermarkets in Lagos which sell a variety of English foodstuffs and many restaurants which specialise in foods from all over the world, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Brazilian, Italian and Portuguese plus good old English fare if you are missing home.
For the sports minded water sports, wind surfing, Dolphin Seafaris and fishing trips are all available from Lagos Marina and can be pre booked. An A-Z of activities and how to book them can be found in the apartment.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance should be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
