It has a large lounge/diner which opens onto the terrace with swimming pool and country views from the patio. A large fully fitted kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs. There is a BBQ with seating for those relaxing evenings by to pool.

Changeover day
Changeover is Thursday. Guests must vacate by 10am and arrival not before 4pm. Cases, can however be deposited in the villa earlier.

Living Rooms: Large lounge with 2 comfy sofas, dining table and 6 chairs. Overlooks the pool with views to the countryside. Satellite TV.
Other: Outside on patio there is a BBQ and preperation area, large table and 6 chairs. There are also table and chairs postioned in the beautiful landscaped gardens for that getaway from it all, evening drink.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning, linen and towels (not beach towels) are included and are changed once a week. Welcome pack can be provided on request.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Faro are within a 20 minute drive from the property. Vilamoura and Quateira with their beautiful long sandy beaches are around 25 minutes.

Travel
Faro airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended although there are local buses.

Distances
Walking distance from Sao Romao village with small supermarket. 5 mins drive from market town of Sao Bras de Alportel and 10 mins drive from Loule. Albufeira is around 45 minutes away by car.

Further details
Sao Bras has a daily fish and fresh produce market, a larger Saturday market, library, museum, theatre, many bars and restaurants. Loule has a gypsy market on a Saturday and Quateira has the same on Wednesdays.

20% deposit on confirmation of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. Special offers on late deals. We ask for a £100 refundable breakages deposit on all bookings.
