Changeover day

Outside
The south facing garden enjoys the sun for the whole day. The private pool is surrounded by a hardwood deck featuring a granite table. A gas barbecue is included.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beautiful beaches along the Estoril Coast, all of which are within easy driving distance. Cascais itself features several nice beaches and the beaches of Guincho and Ericeira are a mecca for surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers alike.
Golf
The golf courses of Oitavos, Quinta do Marinha, Estoril, Penha Longa and Beloura are all within 10 mins drive several other courses including Balas Club de Campo, Paia del Rey and Lisbon Sports Club are all within a 1 hour drive.
Travel
The closest airport is Lisbon served from London by British Airways, TAP and Easyjet, BMI Baby operate a direct service to Birmingham. Dublin is served daily by both Aer Lingus and TAP.
The airport is a 25 mins drive from the villa and we can assist with transfers should you wish.
A hire car is not absolutely necessary, however if you wish to explore the area including historical Sintra and the beautiful Cabo da Roca you might find it useful.
Distances
The town of Cascais is a 20 mins walk or less than 5 mins by car. It has plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
There are local village shops which can supply most things that you will need during your stay.
A day out to Lisbon is essential and it is easily reached in 40 mins by train from Cascais.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation with the balance payable either in cash on arrival or by transfer in advance.
We will request a 400 euros damage deposit which we will be pleased to give you back when you leave without any damage.
