This villa is furnished throughout to an extremely high standard and is situated in a small picturesque location, Quinta Dos Alamos which has a large park and small children“s play area. It is just a 5 minute walk into the centre of the village of Guia. The village is home to several typical Portugues restaurants serving excellent cuisine as well as cafes, small supermarkets, chemist, banks and shops. For larger shops, Algave shopping is just outside the village of Guia and this offers many well know shops, a large food court, ten pin bowling and a muiltiscreen cinema where many films are shown in English. The coast and beautiful sandy beaches that adorn this part of the algarve are only a short 5 minute drive away where there is long stretches of seashore, small coves, cliff top walks, beach bars and watersports. There are many golf courses within easy reach of Guia.

Bathrooms: 1 shower room to bedroom 1.
1 en-suite with corner bath to bedroom 2.
1 en-suite to bedroom 3.
Kitchen: Large well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffer maker, liquidisor. This overlooks the pool and patio area.
Living Rooms: Spacious Lounge/Dining room with high beamed ceilings and wood burning fire. Patio windows opening on to the patio and swimming pool area. Satellite TV.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
House towels and linen are provided.
Maid service is once a week and towels and linen are changed then.
Please note, beach and pool towels are not provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
An extra child's bed can be provided for an extra £60 per week.
A cot and highchair is an extra £25 per week.
All rooms have mosquito nets on the windows and secure shutters and grills.
We kindly ask that smokers do so outside.

Entry is by electronic gates on to a driveway which has ample parking for 3 cars. There is a built in barbecue with grills and tools provided. Large pool with sun loungers, Parsols and patio furniture to accommodate 6 people.

Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive will bring you to the nearest beaches which adorn this part of the Algarve with cafes, water sports, cliff top walks above the small alcoves or long stretches of seashore.

Golf
Ther are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive. These include Vilamoura's 5 courses, Quinta do Lago, San Lourenco, Balaia and Salgados. All of the Algarve's many other courses are within easy reach by car.

Travel
Faro Airport is a 30 minute drive away.
Main train station for Lisbon and Spain is a 5 minute drive away.
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Guia - nearest village is a 5 minute walk. Bustling Albufeira is a 10 minute drive. Casa Fayum is within easy reach of the most westerly part of the Algarve (Sagres) and the Spanish border (Ayamonte), both only being at most 1 hours drive.

Further details
Guia is home to many restaurants, cafes, bakery, chemist, banks, small supermarkets and shops. Zoo Marine (where you can swim with Dolphins) is a 5 minute drive away. The nearest Water Park is a 10 minute drive and Krazy World a 15 minute drive, this offers crazy golf, reptile park, butterfly house and animal park. Just outside the village of Guia is Algarve Shopping. This is a large shopping centre where there are many well known shops, a large food court, ten pin bowling and a muilti-screen cinema (many films shown in English).
