Villa Floresta is a 3 bed villa set amongst beautiful woodlands with 2 large bathrooms. Sleeps 6/7/8. Wonderful location for golf, only minutes from Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It has its own fully furnished private pool with shower, surrounded by a huge grassed garden and is set amongst stunning pine woodlands. Only 2-3 minutes drive to the beach and wonderful golf. It has a small living room with dining room off. Seating for 6-8 people using both areas. The kitchen is not big but is fully equipped with huge fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and elec items. There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, all with doors that open to the garden and pool area. There is a lovely fully furnished covered area outside offering deep shade for hotter months where you can BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining. A huge grassed garden surrounds the villa which is very safe for children and there is parking for many cars at the entrance of the villa. Local managers + small food/drinks pack.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchair can be supplied on request. Absolutely no need for airconditioning in summer because of location and cool breeze + lots of shade away from the pool area. Electric fans supplied but we doubt you will use them.

Villa in one level only. Easy access using paths to gardens and pool.
Outside
Large beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa. Quite lovely. Very private yet not isolated. Fully equipped pool terrace with external shower. Just off the pool there is a separate furnished area with BBQ for al fresco dining. Offers deep shade for hotter months.
Coast/Beach
By car the beach can be accessed in approx 4-5 mins.
It is walkable in about 20+ minutes.
Golf
This is an ideal location for golf holidays. The nearest golf courses are: Ocean Golf Course Royal Golf Course. Quinta do Lago golf courses: (5 min driving). Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago North (Ria Formosa) and San Lorenzo. Numerous Vilamoura golf courses (10 mins drive). Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol.
Travel
We feel car hire is essential to fully enjoy the area although there are several international restaurants and a supermarket within 8-900m of the villa.

Booking notes
Booking deposit: 25%. Balance: payable 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing. Breakage deposit of £250 required. Will be returned to you within 14 days subject to local manager advising no breakages/losses have occurred and all keys have been returned. We have a fully automated booking system which takes any currency, any credit card. Normal entry time 2pm using key box with access code.
