Luxury 2 bedroom apartment completed to a very high standard and tastefully equipped, comprising large lounge/dining area opening onto large balcony overlooking pools. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with small balcony off which has views over golf course. Extensively equipped kitchen with adjacent utility room. We have drawn on our own experiences of renting to ensure that the apartment is as comfortable as possible. Located in a small gated development with 2 secure underground parking spaces. The building is serviced by a lift. Large swimming pool with jacuzzi and small separate children's pool and sun loungers. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of the Vilamoura Laguna and Millenium golf courses which are both within walking distance. Nearby is the Marina which has many varied restaurants and a busy nightlife and blue flag beaches. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Victoria Golf club where the Portuguese Masters is held.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Shorter stays may be available please call for cost and availability. Minimum stay in the period 19 July -12 September 2008 is seven days. Maximum is 6 persons. Discounts may be available where 2 or more weeks are booked together. Please ask We will try and be as flexible as possible with start days and length of let - please ask for details. We can provide a cot if required for an infant up to 2 years. The cost of this will be £15 per week.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day will be Saturday. Arrival time after 2pm and depart by 10am. Alternative arrangements by agreement. We try to be as flexible as possible. Please ask if you would prefer a different day, we know that it can be cheaper to fly midweek!

Both bedrooms can be arranged as either a very large double or twin room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the 3ft singles are suitable for adults. Good quality bedlinen is provided. Both have built in wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating. |

En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath/shower, WC and bidet. Main bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Large quality towels are provided. |

Quality bedlinen and decent sized towels provided. Apartment is cleaned weekly. Linen is changed each week. Towels are changed at least every 7 days. Please provide own beach towels. Our 'welcome pack', provided free of charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned throughout, which can also be used to heat if required. No smoking in apartment. No pets. Apartment is serviced by a lift so suitable for families and guests of all ages. A cot can be provided at an additional cost if required. We do provide a personal meet and greet service at the start of the holiday with our English agent. As the apartment can be heated this is ideal for longer lets during the cooler winter months. A selection of paperbacks and Travel books are provided for our guests to enjoy. There is also a wide selection of DVD's suitable for all ages.

Outside
The Balcony with seating for six overlooks the large swimming pool area with jacuzzi and small separate children's pool set in landscaped grounds, together with outside shower. This is a gated developement so very secure for children. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous good beaches in the Algarve. The fabulous Falesia beach is only 5 mins drive from the apartment. There are two main beaches in Vilamoura which are both within a 5 min drive. Then there numerous other good blue flag beaches within easy driving distance. There are a number of boat trips etc to explore the coast which can be booked from the Marina.
Golf
This is a golfers paradise, the Algarve was awarded the top destination for golf enthusiasts for 2006. The apartment complex overlooks the Millennium golf course and this course togther with Laguna are within easy walking distance. Within a 5 mins drive are a further 5 national/international golf courses and the supergolf academy. There are more golf courses within a 15 mins drive at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. As owners of the apartment we can obtain a 25% discount on the local golf courses for our guests. If you want to play everyday, it will be worthwhile pre-booking a bulk package to maiximise discount. We can recommend a website. The Victoria course at Vilamoura - one of the Algarve’s top courses – will host the prestigious Portugal Masters from 2007 to 2009. The course is within easy walking distance.
Travel
The apartment is an easy 20 mins drive from Faro airport. There are numerous car rental offices situated at the airport. Private transfer by taxi can be arranged at €26 each way. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the Algarve.
Distances
Faro is an easy 20 mins drive away along the EN125. The International Marina is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with a wealth of shopping and eating facilities. It would take approx 30mins to walk into the Marina. There is a supermarket within 10mins walk, which can supply all needs incl fresh bread etc. There are also several restaurants within easy walking distance.
Further details
Vilamoura is an impressive purpose built resort around a large marinawith a wealth of facilities which will appeal to all tastes. There are a wealth of different restaurants and bars near and around the Marina offering very good value. Vilamoura Casino offers a variety of evening entertainment. Supermarkets and banks can be found in Vilamoura. The large Algarve shopping centre on the EN125 can be reached within 20 mins by car. This includes a large supermarket, boutiques and a cinema complex, together with a wide variety of restaurants. There are various leisure facilities including water parks, boat trips, fishing, horse riding and tennis within easy driving distance.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before departure. Bookings within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damages. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
