Spacious luxury, 1st floor apt(sleeps 4 but will accomodate 6) not overlooked, tastefully furnished,fully equipped, comfortable, clean and in an excellent peaceful location with vews to countryside and ocean. 5 min walk to 2 glorious beaches with restaurant/bar. Supermarkets, excellent restaurants and bars within 10 min walk. The lively resort of Armacau de Pera which has the 'longest' beach in the Algarve (part nudist!) is a just 5min drive. Several Exc golf courses, Aquaparks (free family passes available), Horse-riding, go-karting, Marine Zoo,and potteries-all within 30 min drive. Tennis (racquets provided), 3 pools and club house, are within the complex which is surrounded by large landscaped areas. Numerous beautiful bays just a short drive away-Carvoeira and Benegil are well worth a visit! The resorts of Albureira and Villamoura are within 30 min drive and Faro airport just 40 min. Everything for a great family holiday romantic, short break,or a golfing weekend with the 'lads'.

Changeover day
Changeover day- flexible. During the peak season the Apartment will be available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am - other times of the year we will try to accommodate your individual requests.

Coffeemaker, blender/juicer, toaster, hairdryer, mini hi-fi, DVD player along with a small selection of books, games,CDs and DVDs. Tennis racquets and balls provided. Floor fans and heaters are provided free of charge for your comfort. Cot and highchair available (small charge per booking applies). Sunbeds, loungers around pool provided for your use. Children welcome.
Accessibility
The apartment is accessed via an external small flight of stairs, whilst movement through the sloping complex is via steps and ramps.
Outside
Balcony - off living area, (not directly overlooked) with unobstructed view of countryside and ocean, table and chairs are provided. Car parking available. Secure underground parking (on request). Large open areas of landscaped gardens/shrubberies and occasional seating surround the enclosed complex. A tennis court (racquets/balls provided) for the energetic and a choice of 3 pools (1 children’s) to lounge around (Sun beds provided)-for the not so energetic!! The Ccub -house will provide a relaxing meeting place. (yet to be advised of opening date!!)
Coast/Beach
With a glorious coastline, and approx 100, golden, sandy beaches the Algarve offers water activities to suit all tastes. The apartment is just a 5 mins walk to 2 blue flag beaches. Stroll down the quiet road, with the ocean in constant view, to the beaches, watch the fishermen haul in their boats and buy your fish dinner from them 1st thing in the mornings!. Superb restaurant/bar facility on the beach. Numerous coves, excellent sandy beaches ae within a short drive.
Golf
The Vilamoura resort, with its many Championship Golf Courses is 30 mins drive away, whilst closer (15-20mins) you will find the Salgados, Gramacho, Pinto and Alto courses. Many of these courses were designed by International Masters with World-wide reputations. For detailed information on all the Algarve courses (location, facilities, prices etc). Weekend and short breaks available for golfers - ring or email for rates.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 mins by car/taxi, utilising the A22 motorway - which runs parallel inland with the coastline. Car hire (available from the airport) is recommended to make the most of your holiday, but not essential as taxi's are plentiful and inexpensive.
Distances
The trendy Vilamoura resort and marina is 30 mins drive away. Albufeira, which combines a lively resort with a quaint fishing village is 15 mins drive. The nearest lively resort of Amarcao de Pera is only 5 mins drive, offering a variety of shops, restaurants bars etc. Aqua Park, Marine Zoo, Horse riding and local Potteries are all within a 15 min drive. Within the motorway corridor are several excellent retail parks again only 15 mins drive away. To the west the towns of Portimao and Lagoa.
Further details
There are 2 supermarkets within 10 mins walk of the apartment, along with several bars and excellent Portugese restaurants. Horse riding, Aqua Parks, Marine Zoo, go-karting and local potteries are all within a 10-20 min drive. Not to forget the numerous championship golf courses, the nearest being 10 mins drive away. A short drive will take you to a choice of secluded coves/beaches-(most have bar and restaurant or cafe facilities. Swim, snorkel, scuba or 'just'
lunch in one of the many pretty nearby traditional villages, sample the local wine and cuisine. The Algarve with its wonderful climate will make you want to return year after year!!
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional bookings held for 7 days awaiting deposit and confirmation. We can arrange airport transfers, a meet and greet service and welcome packs (on request & at extra charge). Or for that really 'Special' holiday / long weekend -we can arrange Champagne, wines, chocolates, fruit baskets etc(extra charge).
