The villa benefits from being only 5 mins away from both Lagos and Luz which offer stunning beaches, a bustling marina, many shops, bars and restaurants. For our guests there is a 25% reduction on green fees, and 10% for other facilities.

Towels and linen are included and the villa is serviced by the on site management company Careways. Towels are changed midweek, bedding weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note we do not allow smoking inside the villa. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. Provided for your use: hairdryers, games, PS2, books, maps. Cot and highchair can be arranged through the management company for an additional charge, please contact for details. The villa is spacious and well equipped and is suitable for both couples and families.

Outside
To the rear of the property there is a patio area with sun loungers, table, chairs and gas barbecue where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the 17th green and lake. There is a garden area to the front of the property with parking and access to the pool complex. Upstairs there are balconies to the front and rear with furniture and views of the 17th green and pool complex.
Coast/Beach
There are spectacular beaches within 5 minutes drive of the villa including the fantastic Meia Praia in Lagos. There are many coves to discover by boat and regular fishing, and dolphin hunting trips are available. There are beach bars, restaurants and water sports in high season.
Golf
Boavista Golf Resort offers excellent facilities for golfers including a challenging 18 hole championship course with spectacular views, driving range, and golf academy. Buggies and trolleys are available for rent and there is a well stocked golf shop. There is a 25% discount on green fees for our guests. Within 1 hours drive there is access to 15 of the regions finest courses including Palmares and Penina.
Travel
Faro airport is a 45 mins drive, with flights from many local UK airports daily. Car hire is recomended we are happy to reccomend a car rental company or alternatively car hire is available at the airport.
Distances
Well stocked supermarket 5 mins drive. Lagos/Luz 5 mins drive. Waterparks 20 mins drive. Sagres - historic town/fort 30 mins drive. Sives - old moorish town with Castle 25 minutes drive. Shopping complex - Albufeira, 20 mins drive. Breathtaking Monchique mountains 30 mins drive. Lisbon 2 hour drive.
Further details
Lagos and Luz provide access to banks, shops, beaches, restaurants and nightlife - all 5 minutes drive away. For children there is a play area, dedicated children's pool and a soccer school on the resort which operates on school holidays. Careways, the onsite management company can offer advice and some discounts when booking excursions, cars etc.

25% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. Cancellation charges: 0-6 weeks - full charge. 6 or more loss of deposit. 5% discount available for full payment at time of booking.
