Notes on prices
Rental prices are in Euros. Long winter lets considered, price on request. Late bookings 20% discount. 3 or 4 nights bookings considered (not possible in July August).
Changeover day
Saturday changeover is preferred, however during the less busy season; other arrival days can be accepted. Entry to the apartment is usually around 4pm and departure should be 10am. Early/late flights please let me know and I'll try to accommodate.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Mid week and weekend maid service includes a full linen change. If required, daily maid service can be organised at additional cost. Cots and highchairs can be provided for additional small cost. |

Accessibility
The parking area to the apartment is close by. It is a first floor apartment and not suitable for wheelchair users.

The terrace is equipped with a gas BBQ, a patio table, 4 chairs and reclining chairs.
Coast/Beach
The long sandy beach of Dunas Douradas is a 20 mins walk away and just 5 mins by car. There are several beach restaurants overlooking the beach and sea, many of which remain open during the winter. In summer, water sports facilities are available and sunbeds and sunshades can be hired for the day.
Golf
Golf discounts are available through Dunas Douradas main reception, on a number of nearby courses, such as Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura.
Travel
Dunas Douradas is a 25 min journey to the airport. As there are many facilities at Dunas Douradas and restaurants are within walking distance, a car is not essential.
Distances
The nearest town Almancil is about 10 mins by car. Vilamoura is a 20 mins journey by car. Vale do Lobo is 5 mins by car. The nearest nightclubs are 5 mins by car.
Further details
The nearby Quinta Shopping is an elegant shopping area with shops, restaurants and cafés and a pub. Pleasant surroundings in the attractive plazza to enjoy a coffee or a light lunch. Banks, supermarkets are all available within a short distance. Within walking distance from the townhouse, the clubhouse at Dunas Douradas has a very large outdoor pool, a terrace and pool bar, a restaurant, a minimarket that is open 7 days a week. There are also 2 tennis courts and a resident coach is available. Within a short drive there are the 14 courts of Vale do Lobo Tennis Club and in Quinta do Lago is Jim Stewart's Tennis Academy. Nightclubs of Vale do Lobo and Quinta shopping 5 mins by car.

Booking is done through the owner of the apartment. 50% of the rental cost is required upon booking as a deposit. The balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Payment accepted by cheque or cash, in sterling or in euro.
