20% of rental amount payable when booking made. Remainder payable 8 weeks before vacation. Refundable security deposit of £150 payable with final balance. Cancellations within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit.
For guests visiting second time a redution of 10% of total price.

Thank you so much- we had a wonderful time in your apart. It was quite perfect and even better than we had expected. It is very spacious and comfortable with every possible convenience. We were especially impressed at everything that was available to us to use from a number of glasses to all the TV and gadgets. We couldn't figure out how to use the oven/cooker (we will leave instructions). Maps were very helpful, weather fantastic. We look forward to

About the owner
I am of Portuguese nationality, but lived in the UK for the passed 45 years. I am originally from Lisbon, where my family still is. I feel very much part of the English heritage but when the plane touches down in Faro, something warms my heart and I think 'I am home'. Married to Raj (born in Mauritius) for 43 years with 2 loving children, Carlos and Sonia and now a much wanted and loved grandson. I am very much a DIY person. Love to do all sorts, carpentry, sewing, baking, gardening, etc. I am a very busy bee! The apartment in Albufeira is very much my project and I love to spend time on the computer to answer any queries about it.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Back in Jan 2004, after my retirement I went on a girls holiday and stayed at Clube Albufeira. We had a lovely time. I felt so peaceful and relaxed that when I got back home I urged my husband to go to Algarve and invest in a property there. We went back in May and looked around different places, but my heart was set on the Club Albufeira. I really felt at home there. Far enough from the crowds to feel we were in the countryside, but not too far from the sea and town. We purchased the place in September and immediately started to update it. New floors, new kitchen & new bathrooms and a new lick of paint. It's home from home now and by the lovely comments we have received on our guest book, we think we have made a nice comfortable space to be enjoyed by all.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is in good location, just in front of the Restaurant 'O Pavinhao', which over looks one of the 4 pools within the complex. It is also a 'stones throw' away from the main Reception where you can exchange money, find information, book events and arrange transport.
