Prices are for the property per week for 4/6 persons in UK pounds. Discount on longer stays during off peak periods. 10% discounts on repeat bookings, excludes July - September.
Changeover day
If next booking does arrive the same day we have no problem with guests vacating a little later to make your home ward journey more comfortable at no extra charge. However if the next guest is due that day we would require the apartment empty before 11am.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, which is accessed by one flight of steps.
Outside
The gardens are lovely with plenty of patio areas. There is secure allocated underground parking.
Coast/Beach
A 4 minute stroll to 2 of the Algarve's most beautiful blue flag beaches. Praia Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova. 10 minute car journey to the Algarve's largest water park, Aqualand.
Golf
A number of championship golf courses are situated within a 15 to 20 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Alto, Pinta and Gramacho, and many more 30 minutes away.

Car hire available from the airport. Shuttle bus operates from airport to the resort, during the summer month on request. There is an additional charge for this service.

Two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Amarcao de Pera and Albufeira both offer a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A welcome pack can be provided on request at a reasonable cost. The basic pack will include, local bread, milk, butter, conserve, tea, coffee, bottled water, bottle of local wine. Packs can be taylored to mee the individuals need.
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
