Faro Airport - 15 minutes by taxi or car.
Quarteira bus station - 5 minutes walk.
As all amenities are within walking distance a car is not necessary unless you want to sightsee or travel further. The apartment has a private car parking space allocated.

Further details
Quarteira is a bustling fishing village with lots of local and international restaurants and shops. Supermarkets, the famous fish market and other markets open every day with local flavour and atmosphere. Very friendly area with lots to do. Famous Market on Wednesdays for gifts and souvenirs.
