The front of the house overlooks countryside leading up to the Monchique Hills, at the rear the ground floor bedrooms open onto the lovely blue rectangular heated 10m x 5m pool. There is stereo music centre relayed around the pool area and garden. Beautiful high, domed entrance hall leads separately to the ground floor bedrooms, and also to the large sitting/dining area and on to the kitchen/utility room. The house is furnished as a home, not a holiday retreat so furnishings are very stylish and tasteful.

The rents are for the property per week in UK Pounds - based on 6 guests. An extra twin bedroom is available for 2 additional people on request at extra cost. Please apply for the lower rents for 1-4 people from 15 Mar to 20 Jun and 30 Aug to 2 Nov 2012. Late bookings also qualify for reductions.
Pool heating is included from 15 Mar -20 Jun and 1 Sep to 2 Nov 2012.
Changeover day
Flexible but need to fit in with other bookings.

| Kitchen: | The large modern kitchen is all electric, ceramic hob, twin ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. |

Luz has good banking facilities and many bars, restaurants etc. Luz has surprisingly good supermakets, a chemist and doctor's surgery. Lagos has full range of shopping and entertainment facilities.
