Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrival time 2.30 and the departure time is 11.30, to allow for cleaners to present the apartment in a pristine condition for the new arrivals.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Very child friendly and safe. Each if the 2 bedrooms plus the living/dining room are fully air-conditioned. Smoking is not allowed inside the Apartment. There is a strict no smoking policy in place for rental clients, however anyone wishing to smoke may do so on the balcony off the living room and on the Landing at the front of the Apartment. The apartment is suitable for young children.

Accessibility
May not be suitable for people with mobility problems as it is located on the first floor. Not wheelchair accessible.

Outside
Complex is landscaped with green areas plus the Courtyard at the Cul de Sac is lined with orange, lemon and lime trees. Communal pool and baby pool. The patio off the living/dining room has lovely views of Albufeira and is kitted out with a patio table and chairs. The complex has a Large Adult communal swimming pool + a kiddies pool.

Coast/Beach
The beaches in Albufeira are only 5 minutes drive away, 20 minutes walk. The main beach 'Fisherman's Beach' is overlooked by the old, white washed village which has the traditional moors influence common in the Algarve.

Golf
The Algarve, with its 200 kilometres of rugged coastline and suburb sandy beaches, is a holidaymaker's dream. Apart from its sun-soaked beaches, the Algaarve is famous for its array of sporting activities, in particular Golf. The 3 principal golf Courses in Albufeira are, Salagades Golf Course, Balaia Golf Village and Pine Cliffes. The 'Famous Five' world class golf courses in Vilamoura (golf and yachting resort), are only 15 minutes drive away. The Algarve is a hugely popular travel destination, offering a vast choice of resorts, with bustling nightlife and fine food, with peace and quite, never far away. Whatever you're looking for you should find it in the Algarve - the perfect holiday destination.

Travel
Faro International Airport is 30 minute drive away, taxi cost 35 euro, the Spanish border is less than an hour’s drive away. It is possible to travel to Lisbon by train, from Albufeira approx 3 Hours away. Albufeira Central Bus Station, is conveniently located in the Brejos Area, only 5 Minutes walk from the Apartment. From here you can access various places in the region by Bus. Car hire is not essential but recommended, if you are interested in viewing the wider and beautiful Algarve.

Distances
Brejos holiday village is only a 30 Minute drive from Faro International Airport. Lagos Resort is 45 minutes drive away. Vilamoura Golf and yachting resort is 15 minutes drive away. Algarve shopping centre [largest in Algarve], includes cinemas, restaurants, fast food outlets only 10 minutes drive (8-10 euro taxi).

Further details
Albufeira is well served by a vast array of infra structure i.e. shops, restaurants, hospital, medical, banks etc to meet all the needs of all holiday makers.
Sea food and meat dishes are dominant in Portuguese cuisine. Some dishes even combine seafood and meat. Some typically traditional dishes to be had in the Algarve, from Albufeira to Lagos include prawn bisque, shark soup, razor clams and octopus with rice. Of course piri-piri chicken is a traditional dish popular with both natives and tourists alike.

Booking notes
A Non-Refundable booking deposit of 25% is required (minimum €150) plus a damage deposit of €200. The balance to be paid 8 weeks in advance of holiday. Damage/Breakage & Defficiency deposit is normally refunded within 2 weeks of end of holiday, subject to a satisfactory exit check of property and inventory.
