Top floor: Living/dining room/ open kitchen. 1 double. 2 twins. 2 shower rooms. Ground floor: Living/dining room. kitchenette (not for cooking, light meals only) 1 master bedroom en-suite, 2 twins, 1 family bathroom. NB The GF flat is only available for groups of more than 6 people but it won't be let to separate clients from main house. Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower and WC.

Notes on accommodation
Children welcome, pets not allowed. The maid comes 5 times a week to clean the house, her duties are making the beds, cleaning and weekly linen change but not washing up, cooking, personal laundry or rubbish disposal. Swimming pool and garden are looked after throughout the year, the Gardener will need to visit during your holiday, he's an unobtrusive as possible, normally early morning or late evening. All linen and towels (except beach!) are included in the villa rental.

To reserve, you need to pay 30% deposit. Balance 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Air-conditioning/ heating is charged separately at €160 per week, refundable deposit is €800 and extra person in the sofa-bed is €100pw.

About the owner
I lived in London for 20 years while raising my children but being Portuguese I need my dose of sun to function properly. Now they are big and at Uni I can commute between Portugal and England and make the most of both worlds.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
This is a family holiday home. It makes sense to rent it out part of the year and enjoy it at the same time. It helps with the bills and the house is always occupied.
Unique benefits of the property
It's a great area because my children can walk to the beach in the day and to the bars at night. The area caters to all needs without needing a car. The property is separated on two floors and so is ideal for 2 families to share or for a group of 12 adults which allows for privacy.
