This modern, fully air conditioned apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is ideally situated in the heart of the popular resort of Vilamoura. The apartment is set in the well kept gardens of the Eden Village complex which is a development of privately owned apartments, in a peaceful location and is within walking distance of 2 beautiful golden sandy beaches (Falesia and Marina), the marina, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and casino and is ideal for sun seekers and golfers alike. The apartment benefits from a large pool, children’s pool, snack bar (open in high season) and reception and entry to the complex is by electric gates, ensuring a high level of security. The accommodation consists of 1 king size double bedroom with en suite bath/shower room and adjacent large roof top balcony, twin bedroom with balcony, lounge/dining room (containing sofa bed) with adjacent balcony and built in BBQ, a further bath/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed until 4pm and we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am on your day of departure. We are happy to extend these times upon request at no charge depending upon availability.

| Bathrooms: | The king size bedroom has an en suite bath/shower room with WC and bidet and there is a separate bath/shower room on the lower floor also fitted with WC, bidet and vanity unit. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen contains electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Clothes airers, iron and ironing board are available. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room contains 2 x 2 seater sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), TV & DVD, dining table and 6 chairs. It has an adjacent balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs and a built-in BBQ. |
| Other: | There is a large entrance hallway that contains a large storage cupboard/wardrobe, ideal for clothes storage for guests sleeping in the lounge on the sofa bed and further under stairs storage for other equipment, i.e. golf clubs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and bath towels (beach towels not incl) are provided. Any booking for more than 7 days will also receive a mid stay linen change and maid service. This can be increased according to preference at an extra charge and must be pre-arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the upper two floors of the 4 storey building. The king size double bedroom in on the top floor and the remainder of the accommodation on the floor below. The building does have a lift and there is also free and secure underground parking. We ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the apartment.
Accessibility
There is ramp access to the main entrance of the apartment block and the building is serviced by a lift. Access to the upper floor within the apartment is by stairs only.
Outside
All balconies have outdoor furniture and one also has a built-in BBQ. There is a large, shared swimming pool and separate children's pool set in well kept gardens. There are sunbeds and parasols provided around the pool and there is also a small poolside snack bar open in the high season only.
Coast/Beach
Both the Marina and Falesia beaches are within 20 mins walking distance or a 5 min drive. They are both beautiful golden sandy beaches with cafe/bars on the beaches. The Falesia beach stretches for miles all the way to Albufeira.
Golf
Eden Village is within a 5 min drive of 6 of the Algarve's finest golf courses, these being the Pinhal, Millenium, Victoria (World Cup 2005 venue), Laguna, Vila Sol and of course the renowned Vilamoura Old Course. If you need assistance with bookings the PAGS (Portugal Algarve Golf Services) office can be found across the road. There are many other fantastic Algarve golf courses within close proximity, including the celebrity favourites in the Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago areas (approx 10 mins drive).
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro airport which is about a 20 min drive away. Taxis to and from the airport are easily obtainable and cost around 20-25 euros. Taxi numbers and local area maps can be found in the information pack in the apartment.

Vilamoura Marina. 5 min drive / 20 min walk. Nearest Supermarket 5 min walk. Faro airport 20 min drive. Albufeira 15-20 min drive.
Further details
The circuit tourist train passes the apartment regularly and costs 4 euros per person and stops at both beaches and the marina and then at various apartments and hotels including Eden Village. There are many shops, restaurants and bars at the cosmopolitan marina and also some just a short walk from the apartment. There are also a few supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment, the nearest one just 5 mins away. Tennis, horse riding, driving range, mini golf, water sports, squash, health club and cinema can also be found nearby and any assistance with these can be obtained at reception. The receptionist is available between 9.30am and 7pm and they will assist you with booking trips, car hire and any other information you require. Welcome packs can be supplied at a cost of 15 euros per person. Airport transfers can also be arranged. Please enquire about these at the time of booking.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Refundable key/breakage deposits apply. You will be met at the apartments at the start of your stay to be given keys and shown where everything is and how it works and breakage deposit taken and this will then be returned to you on departure and keys collected.
