This spacious villa is located on a modern urbanisation in the Town of Alcantarilha. Within a couple of minutes walk you will find a large supermarket, quiet restaurants and coffee bars. The A22 motorway is 1km away and will take you all the way across the Algarve to fishing villages, historic towns, beautiful beaches and to many of the fantastic golf courses. The nearest beach is 2km away but there are numerous more within easy reach, Oura, Sao Rafael, Gale and Salgados to name but a few. Albufeira is just 8km away and there you will find a much busier town offering many bars, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Algarve shopping mall is also just a few minutes away by car, with many designer stores, a large supermarket, duty free stores, restaurants, bowling alley and cinema to keep you busy. There are 2 aqua parks within easy reach and Zoo Marina is just 3km away.

Accessibility
The downstairs bedroom and bathroom would suit the less mobile and wheelchair users, also the pool can be access from the side of the property without the use of steps.
Outside
Gardens to the front sides and rear of this property are well maintained, at the rear there is a spacious private pool with steps and a ladder for access into the water and paved terrace for sunbathing. Sunloungers, chairs and tables are available.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve boast some of the best beaches in Europe and all are with easy reach. Just 2km away is Armacao De Pera which is a vast clean beach, with clear blue sea and numerous eating and drinking places scattered along it. Within a few minutes drive either East or West you will find a great number of beautiful beaches most of which will provide snacks, drinks, and toilet facilities. Be it quiet coves are bustling and acitve there is something for everybody within easy reach.
Travel
Faro airport is the only airport on the Algarve and is 35km away, approximately 20 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended, although the local transport links for both bus and train are excellent.
