Located in the fishing village of Fuzeta this house is moments from the beach and all local amenities. Enjoy al fresco dining on the large shaded roof terrace with breathtaking 180 degree sea views. The house is traditionally furnished and equipped with all mod cons. Located on the outskirts of the Ria Formosa, Fuzeta boasts some of the best conditions for watersports. The beach and island of Armona are made up of fine golden sand. The fishing port is the centre of activity where colourful fishing boats come and go daily. The market square is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach before enjoying one of the many traditional restaurants of the area. Olhao can be reached by car within 10 mins and Faro within 30 mins, alternatively Spain is only 45 mins to the east.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is a single room. Bedroom 3 is a twin room. Bedroom 4 is also a twin room which is located on the first floor. |
| Bathrooms: | There is one family bathroom on the ground floor with bath, shower, sink, bidet and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine, traditional granite laundry sink. Iron and ironing board. This area lends itself for storing daily beach equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is tastefully decorated, there are two sofas, TV, video and coffee tables. |
| Other: | This house accommodates children and has a high chair and car seat available. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean linen and towels are provided for your arrival however cleaning during your stay is not provided. If you require a cleaner we will give you details and you can pay her directly. |

The house has recently been fully redecorated throughout and has just had air conditioning units installed in all the bedrooms, kitchen and the living room. The house is strictly non-smoking.

Accessibility
This property enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of this village and therefore you do not need a car for your stay.
Outside
The highlight of this property is dining out on one of the two roof terraces watching the world go by and the shooting stars which are a common occurrence in the Algarve.
Coast/Beach
The nationally protected lagoon beach can be reached within 150m. Alternatively the beautiful golden sands of Ilha da Armona is accessible via a 5 minute boat crossing. The beach has a fantastic traditional seafood restaurant.
Golf
There are superb golf courses all along the Algarve and this property provides an excellent base from which to discover them. Another benefit for golfers is that parking is available immediately outside the property.
Travel
Faro airport is approximately 30 mins from Fuzeta. There are numerous car hire companies available from Faro airport alternatively a taxi can be obtained direct to Fuzeta for approximately 30 euros.
Distances
Everything you can possibly need is within 2-3 streets. Fresh fish, meat and vegetable markets, shops, cafes and some of the finest traditional Portuguese restaurants. Eating out is much cheaper than the UK.
Further details
There are 3 banks in the village all with cash machines. There is also a post office, pharmacy and 2 railway stations linking the west and eastern regions of the Algarve aswell as Lisbon.
