Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning unit can be used as heater at no extra charge. Supplementary heaters available for all bedrooms if required.
Accessibility
Reasonably suitable for disabled with full bedroom/bathroom facilities downstairs and no more than one step to any downstairs area.

Private pool 9x5m, serviced 5 days per week. Garden area with hibiscus, palm and peach trees. BBQ, lawn, sun loungers, outside lighting, patio with large dining table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
15 mins walk to Olhos d'Agua's beautiful beach and beach bar/restaurants.
Golf
Centrally located for access to all Algarve courses with nearby driving range. Owner can offer discounted green fees at all courses.
Travel
30 min transfer from Faro airport (approx 30km). Full transfer service available if required. Owner can provide low cost car rental from major supplier. Car hire not essential as all facilities are within easy walking distance.

Supermarket 400m, bars and restaurants from 250m, beach 1000m, medical centre 800m, Vilamoura 8km, Albufeira 4km.
Further details
Olhos d'Agua has a selection of useful shops and a meat/fish/vegetable market. Fishermen on the beach provide fresh fish daily to local people and restauranteurs.
