Our vision is to create an environment that is calming, relaxing and chic. Picture this, after a peaceful nights sleep, throw open the patio doors and step out onto the balcony; stretch, and take in that fresh sea air. Enjoy a lazy breakfast on one of the balconies, whilst feasting your eyes on that spectacular view. The only decision you need to make today, is whether you are going to have a day lazing by one of the 3 pools or beach. Maybe you fancy a more energetic day on one of the many championship golf courses or tennis court. Or explore the many attractions of the Algarve, Zoo Marine, one of the many water parks or how about a boat trip to the local grottos. As evening aproaches, chill on the balcony with a home cooked meal washed down with a bottle of local wine. Or maybe dine at one of the excellent local restaurants. For those who seek a more energetic evening, the lively resorts of Armacao de Pera and Albufeira are only a short taxi ride away.

All linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are provided for use on the beach or pool areas. Luxury bath robes and slippers. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. Maid service on request at an additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The swimming pools and the tennis court are for sole use of the guests of the complex. The apartment is air conditioned. This is a non-smoking apartment, but guests may smoke on balcony, provided they use the sand filled pot. Both balconies benefit from stunning views of the pools and ocean, as can be seen from the photographs. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided, beach towels, sun shade, cool box, wine & beer coolers and beach bag. Information pack with details on how to book excursions to local attractions such as Zoo Marine, Water Parks, Dolphin Safari's, boat trips and many more. Guest book with with recommendations on where to eat from previous guests. Large selection of DVD's and board games. This is our second season and are quite proud that we have had 100% positive feedback from our guests, which has resulted in repeat bookings. Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor, which is accessed by one flight of steps.
Outside
There are 2 adult pools and 1 children's pool and a tennis court, for exclusive use of the guests of this small complex. There is a club house which will serve breakfast and light meals, however, this will not be available until mid August. There is ample parking. Coast/Beach
4 minute stroll to 2 of the Algarve's most beautiful blue flag beaches. Praia Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova. These 2 beaches are connected by a tunnel. Here you can enjoy a relaxing meal of fresh fish, pasta, pizza, salads. Local fishermen are seen on the beach selling their catch for you to take back and enjoy al fresco. Or maybe you fancy a trip in their boat to one of the local grottos.
Golf
A number of championship golf courses are situated within a 15 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Alto, Pinta and Gramacho.
Travel
Faro airport is a 40 minute drive to apartment. Car hire available from the airport. Shuttle bus operates from airport to the resort, during the summer months on request. There is an additional charge for this service, which can be booked direct with the transfer company.
Distances
Faro Airport 40 minute drive. Armarco de Pera 5 minute drive, lively resort. Albufeira 15 minute drive, lively resort and old fishing town. Villamoura 25 minute drive, large marina, lively resort, golf. Golf courses 5 within a 15 minute drive. Waterpark 25 minute drive. Multi screen cinema 15 minute drive.

Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Armarcao de Pera and Albufeira both offer a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Booking notes
25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 48 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
