Do you want to escape from the pressures and stress of everyday life for a while, if so we offer a small but comfortable cottage adjacent to the owners house, with patio and flower gardens nestling amongst the grapevines and fresh air in the tranquil rural setting of the village of Vila Seca. The patio to the front of the cottage has table and chairs where you may wish to eat al fresco while watching the village activities pass by or taking in the views which are especially beautiful at sunset. To the side of the cottage there is a flower garden with seating facilities where you can relax among tangerine, lemon and magnolia trees. The cottage comprise of two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge and shower room. There is a wood burning stove for winter visitors. Well behaved dog welcome. Tabua has 2 supermarkets, Post Office, a good variety of local Portuguese restaurants, where you can enjoy a 3 course lunch with wine for 6.00 euros per person.

All bathroom towels and bed linen are provided, and changed on a weekly basis. The cottage is cleaned on changeover days.

The cottage is suitable for a young child and older but not a toddler.
The cottage has a log wood burning stove, logs are supplied for a small charge.

There is no swimming pool. The cottage has a patio to the front with table and chairs and a garden to the side with bench seat.
There is also a lavender terrace with seating area.

Coast/Beach
The River Mondego has beautiful beaches, picnic areas, restaurant and cafe bars and is 15 minutes drive from the cottage.
The Atlantic coastal town of Figueira da Foz is 80 km and is highly recommended. It is famous for its wide, clean beaches and casino.

The nearest golf course is Montebelo Golf Course (18 hole 72 par course) approximately 40 minutes drive from the cottage.

The town also has a new Medical Centre open 24 hours a day and an indoor / outdoor swimming pool. We can provide a English / Portuguese translation service for our guests who may be interested in buying property.
