Casa Marie is one of 4 recently completed attached villas each with their own private pool. They are securely set in their own gated and landscaped grounds. Located on the edge of the village, less than 300m from the famous cliff walk to Burgau and 1.3km to the village centre and sandy beach of Praia da luz. 6km east is Lagos a walled medieval town, full of history and unspoilt charm mixed with a modern marina and fabulous beaches. West is Vila do Bispo and the Atlantic coast favoured by many top surfers. Praia da Luz attracts the visitor who prefers a more low key and relaxing break. Plenty of good restaurants and bars are available in the village and an even bigger choice can be found in Lagos, something for everyone.

The villa is fully equipped for 4 people including all towels and linen. Twice weekly maid service, linen changed once a week towels twice a week. Beach and pool towels not provided. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned for heat as well as cool.
Outside
6 x 4m south facing private pool with sun loungers and brollies. Patio furniture also provided on all other patios and terraces. Barbecue located on large upstairs patio area adjacent to kitchen dining area to maximise the outdoor eating experience.
Golf
BoaVista is 5 mins drive whilst Parque de Floresta is within 10 mins and Penina is a further 10 mins drive.
Travel
Faro is just 50 mins drive. Car hire is recommended and is easily available regionally or locally.

Lagos 6km, Portimao 22km. Cliff walk 300m. Beach under 1.3km.
Further details
Praia da Luz has developed from an historic fisherman's village into a small friendly holiday resort. Suited to families both young and old. Facilities include, supermarkets, cinema, bank, post office, doctor (English speaking) dentist and many interesting shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% (non-returnable) required at time of booking to confirm reservation. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to stay. £200 breakage/damage deposit (returnable following inspection after departure). Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival - no charge. 4-8 weeks before arrival 50% of total rental. 2-4 weeks before arrival 75% of total booking. Less than 2 weeks before arrival 100% of booking.
