Peaceful and fun location for adults and children with plenty of children attractions near by. Night-time entretainment are only 10 min drive, both in Vale de Lobo or Quinta do Lago. Also enjoy many of the wonderful restaurants and designer shops. The Barringer Club only 5 min drive. Horse back riding, 5 min drive.

Coast/Beach
Apartment is a 2min drive or 10 min walking distance to nearest beach. There are over 10km of wonderfull sandy beachs with many restaurants and bars on location overlooking the a pleasant view of the ocean also sun lounges and umbrellas available during the summer seeason for the exclusive use of Dunas Douradas owners and guests. Water sports can be pacticed on beach, ex jet ski, parasailing, paddle boat etc. Also can go for Banana Boat Ride.
Golf
Renowned Golf Courses 10 min to 15 min. drive. Discounts available through Dunas Douradas reception. Ocean course, Vale de Lobo par 71 10 min. Royal couse, Vale de Lobo par 72 10 min. Travel
Faro Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes drive. Car is recommended but not issential. Can rent a car at Faro airport or at Dunas Douradas reception.
Distances
The town of Almancil is only 15 min drive (many restaurants, banks, supermarkets and other shops. Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are both 10 min drive.
Further details
Several Water Parks attractions within 30 min driveand Zoomarine, around 45min to to 1 hour drive. Karting only a 10 min drive. Medical facilities provided in Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
