Built over 2 floors there is a spacious lounge/dining area that leads off onto the garden and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The location of the villa makes it ideal base for the many golf courses in the area.

All main rooms are air-conditioned and there are large fans available.
Suitable for young children we have cot high chair and pushchair. There are plenty of children's games and toys along with a selections of inflatables.

Outside
A small private garden with sun loungers and patio furniture seating up to 8 people. There is a large brick built BBQ.
There is a large swimming pool that is shared by all the villas and this has a small children's pool attached to it.
Coast/Beach
Situated within a 10 minute walk of the beach at Falesia and the lovely fishermans beach in Olhos D'Agua.
The lively resort of Albuferia and the stylish marina at Vilamoura are only 15 minutes away by car or taxi and these can also be reached by the local bus service.
Golf
The many Championship coursea at Vilamoura are only a 15 minute drive away and nearer to home there is the luxury 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs resort which boasts its own 9 hole course overlooking the stunning Falesia beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approximately 30 minutes by car.
It is not necessary to hire a car but if you would like to get out and about to see more of the beautiful area then we would certainly recommend a car.
We can arrange either car hire for you or a local taxi firm to collect you from the airport.
Distances
Conveniently situated midway between the two villages of Falesia and Olhos D'Agua and 15 minutes by car from both Albufeira and Vilamoura.
Booking notes
A 15% deposit is taken to confirm the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure when we will forward directions from the airport along with a local information pack detailing restuarants, shops and bars in the area. At this time we will forward the key to you.
