The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and has all your home comforts. The outside space is what really sells this property. A large terrace and patio area runs along the back of the property with sunbeds and table and chairs. There is a large brick built BBQ on the patio for all your Al Fresco dining. A large swimming pool completes the outside area which is very private and has an outside shower.

Coast/Beach
Situated within a 15 minute walk of Falesia Beach. Located 15 minutes from the lively resort of Albufeira and the stylish resort of Vilamoura. There are many beaches nearby that can be visited by car.
Golf
Ideally situated for the many Championship courses at Vilamoura - only a 15 minute drive away. Closer to home you have the 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs resort with its own stunning course overlooking the spectacular Falesia Beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approx 30 minutes by car.
It is not necessary to hire a car but if you would like to get about and see more of this beautiful area then we would certainly recommend a car and this is something we can arrange for you.
Distances
Situated on the edge of Falesia village but within walking distance of Olhos D'Agua. The village is midway between Albufeira and Vilamoura both taking approx 15 minutes by car or taxi.
Further details
There are many local restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa serving a wide variety of cuisine.
Booking notes
A 15% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance along with a refundable deposit of £200 to cover breakages and any damage are due 6 weeks prior to departure. At this time we will forward directions to the villa along with a local information pack with details of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. At this time we will make arrangements for the key to be collected or sent to you.
