Accommodation over one floor. Roof balcony over full floorspan of villa, tiled with sea views. 5 Bedrooms, ideal for 2 families. 3 bedrooms are located one side of the villa with the bathroom and one shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the villa, with their own large shower room, toilet and sink.

Outside
Large private plot with only one neighbour. Surrounded by orchards and olive groves. Orange Lemon and Olive trees in the garden. There is also a shaded area by the pool for those who want to keep out of the sun. Also included is a traditional Portugese barbecue oven and sink. There are table and chairs for eating al fresco sun loungers and small tables by the pool for your use.
The garden area is secure with large lockable gates to the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches local the most famous being Barrill beach which was voted in the Telegraph as being the fourth best beach in Europe and is certainly worth a visit only a five minute drive away. Barrill beach is accesable either by a short walk over a causeway or by a small land train which costs 1euro the children love it. On this beach there are bars and restaurants.
Ther is also a beach at Fuseta a 10 minute drive which is very safe for young children also with plenty of places to eat.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses very close by.
Special interest holidays
The villa is situated in a conservation area with wonderful bird watching and walks. There are also salt marshes with Flamingos and other wildlife close by. The Ria Formosa is approx. 500 meters from the villa with it's local fishing boats and it's own unique caracter.
Travel
The villa is situated 27k from Faro Airport a 30 minute drive. The Spanish border is half an hours drive away, the beautiful city of Seville is only one and a half hours drive.
Car hire is recommended and we can supply you with a good company from which to hire your car at a reasonable rate.
Distances
Tavira is the closest large town and is certainly worth a visit with bars restaurants shopping and a wonderful fish market which is held evert morning apart from Sundays. Tavira also has a vast historicle history dating from Roman times. Some of the Roman architecture still remains today. This town is a 15 minute drive from the villa.
There are many beaches close by. A visit to Santa Lucia for lunch is recommended 5 minutes away.
Further details
There is a small supermarket and a bank in Luz De Tavira and also a pharmacy and most of the things that you would require. There is a small fruit and veg market held every morning this is just over 1k away. Larger supermarkets can be found in Olhao which are similar to what you would find in the UK.
There is lots of information about the area and things to do at the villa. E.g. Zoo Marine Water World shopping hospitals and lots of other information about local restaurants etc.
Booking notes
On booking the villa a 25% deposit is required, the remainder will be requred 8 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is also required with your final payment. This will cover any breakages or damage.

We have had several good reports about our guests stay at our villa.
Every one who has stayed at the villa have rmarked on the peace and tranquillity of the place.
One family with young children loved Tavira at night as they found the people very welcoming and also loved the Ice-Cream parlour in the centre of the town.
Another family commented on the local bar 200 yards away for a quiet drink with the locals and found them again very warm and friendly.
There is a wonderful fish restaurant one mile away which everyone who has tried it love it including ourselves. This is very popular both with tourists and locals.
