The pool
|
|
The villa has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and three bathrooms. Very spacious lounge with satellite TV, DVD and video player, and a full hi fi system. A library of DVDs and videos is provided along with a large selection of books to cater for all tastes. The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of built-in appliances. Outside surrounding the pool there is a large patio area with loungers and a shaded dining area and of course a substantial BBQ. The grounds are landscaped with lawn and flower beds with a range of colourful shrubs, plants and trees. The nearby beach, with its own beach bar, is just a 5-minute easy walk. A quiet location but the benefit of several bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes just a few minutes walk away. The bustling market town of Albufeira is just 3km's away.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Air conditioning: £100 per week; Pool Heating: £75 per week;
Cot and high chair hire: £20 each per week; 25% discount for winter lets of 3-weeks or longer.
Changeover day
During the high and peak seasons changeover day is restricted to Thursdays but is otherwise flexible. We ask that clients do not arrive until midday on their first day and depart no later than 10.00am on their last day.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels for use in the villa are provided. A maid service is provided 5-days a week with towels and linen changed as necessary. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning and pool heating are available for a small addition charge.
For the benefit of winter clients the villa has electric wall heaters in all bedrooms and electic towel rails in the bathrooms. Small heaters are also fitted in the wardrobes to ensure clothes are always warm and dry. There is a wood burner in the lounge and the air conditioning throughout also warms the villa.

Outside
Outside is an 11 x 5 metre pool surrounded by ample terracing with loungers and covered dining area for 6-people. There is a substantial BBQ. The gardens are spacious with lawns, trees and a large selection of colourful shrubs and plants.
Coast/Beach
Praia da Coelha, a small coved beach, is just a few minutes stroll from the villa. A beautiful setting between the cliffs but very easily accessible. It has its own beach bar with a selection of 'simple' meals. There are beautiful clifftop walks and several other similar beaches nestling amongst the cliffs. The wide expanses of Gale and Salgados beaches are a few minutes car drive.
Golf
Salgados Golf Course is an approximate 5-minute drive, a particularly challenging course with a couple of water hazards (off the fairway and you're in the drink!!). The better known courses of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are all about 30-minutes away.
Travel
Faro airport is approximately 40 km's and takes around 35-40 minutes by car, mainly motorway until the last few km's into Albufeira.
Distances
Several similar sized villas are in the immediate vicinty. There are several bars, restaurants and a couple of mini-supermarkets within a few minutes walk, but far enough away so as not to disturb us. The historic market town of Albufeira is approximately 3 km's away with its marina halfway between us and the town. Faro airport is appoximately 40 minutes drive.

A deposit of £200 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8-weeks before departure. A standard booking form will be provided.
