'Casa Miranda' is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in a new development which is conveniently located 5 minutes drive (around 30 to 40 minutes walk) from Vilamoura beaches, restaurants, shops, the marina and Casino de Vilamoura. There is a bus service into Vilamoura within 5 minutes walk. The property is part of a small luxurious complex with views which extends across the 2 communal swimming pools, play area and Millennium Golf Course. Extensive golfing facilities are available with the Millennium Golf Course next door. The adult’s swimming pool has walk-in steps and is surrounded by ample sun terracing, a children's swimming pool, and play area and bordered by pretty gardens. Included is a complimentary Welcome Pack on arrival with basic essentials. The owner or agent will be there to welcome you on arrival and will show you around the Villa and will give you details on where the marina, beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants and other activities are situated.

Located 5 minutes drive or 35 to 40 minutes walk from the Vilamoura beaches, restaurants, shops, marina and Casino de Vilamoura.
Golf
The villa is situated alongside the Millennium Golf Course with great views of the course. Vilamoura offers some of the finest golf courses in Europe set amongst splendid scenery and thoughtfully laid out throughout the nature reserve. The courses offer a variety of features and tests that will please both experienced and occasional golfer alike. There can be few finer golfing locations with 5 existing courses to choose from, and a sixth, designed by Arnold Palmer soon to be completed, all around 2 1/2 hours flying time from the UK.
Vilamoura must be the centre for your golfing holiday.

Daily coach tours to Lisbon, Gibraltar and Fatima from Vilamoura Marina. Varied water-sports are available at the Marina, paragliding, jet-skiing, water-skiing etc. Power boats for hire. The Marina also offers deep sea, shark-fishing day trips as well as boat trips along the coast and dolphin-Aquashow and Atlantic Park are within 10 mins. drive of Vilamoura, and offer a great day out for both adults and children. - Zoomarine, at Guia 20 mins in the car, has a fantastic dolphin show as well as many other attractions for a reasonably priced excursion.
Travel
Faro airport is 25 minutes drive from Casa Miranda. Taxi Cabs collection service are reasonable at 37 Euros from airport to Casa Miranda and 5 Euros from Casa Miranda to Vilamoura beaches and marina. Car hire can be arranged in Vilamoura or at Faro Airport starting from 15 Euros per day. A bus service into and Vilamoura is within 5 minutes walk and is 70c per person per journey.
Distances
10 minutes drive to Quarteira and Loule. Daily coach tours to Lisbon, Gibraltar and Fatima leave and return from Vilamoura Marina.

All bookings must be accompanied by a 20% deposit. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Bookings within 8 weeks of departure must be accompanied by the full cost. Rates are inclusive of all utility services, laundry and cleaning (once per week) and car parking.
