This Golf Village House is ideally located in the unspoilt Western Algarve, 9 miles west of Lagos and 1 hour drive by motorway from Faro Airport. The house is close to the golf clubhouse, driving range, short-game area and the spike bar. The house is also two minutes from the large heated adults pool, Spa and fitness centre, children's pool and play area. All guests of this property receive 40% discount on green fees. Other facilities in the resort include: bowls, tennis, and horse riding. At the Golf Clubhouse there is a top class restaurant and snacks are served at the spikebar overlooking the 18th green. There is an Italian restaurant in the complex also. But within a short drive you have a large selection of excellent restaurants.

Outside
The large balcony off the living area is well furnished with barbacue, large parasol, etc. The sun shines on it most of the day. The stairs from the balcony will lead you to a large roof terrace. Car parking directly outside the front door.
Coast/Beach
Parque da Floresta is close to many excellent beaches. The nearest is Salema is which is a fishing village with many restaurants.
Golf
Parque da Floresta is one of the top courses in the Algarve. There are at least two competitions each week which are open to visitors. For beginners there is an excellent acadamy with driving range and short-game area. Guests will receive 40% discount on green fees.
Travel
Faro airport is one hour away by car.
Distances
All of the facilities are within walking distance from the house. The nearest village with supermarket, restaurants, and bakery is Budens only five minutes drive. Salema the nearest beach and fishing village is also about five minutes by car. Lagos - the nearest big town is about 9 miles away. Lagos has a marina, fish market, boating, shops, banks and night life.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation refunds can only be made if the property is re-rented.
