The Villa is in front of the Old Village with many pools, restaurants and cafes. It's about 15 minute walk to Vilamoura marina and beach, or infront of the Villa you can catch the tourist train for € 4 a day hop on and off as many times as you like and it goes all over Vilamoura. The Villa has a private pool gardens and BBQ which are all south facing, its very nice and you'll have a great time

Changeover day
I am flexible with regards to arrival and departure times as long as you give me plenty of notice but 11 am should be check out time and check in time is 4 pm.

The Villa is suitable for all ages especily families, as there is a lot to do in the Old Village, with bars, cafes, shops, playground and on the marina with its many restaurants and bars. The Villa is equipped with all the nessasary saftey equipment, ie. smoke alarms, fire extingishers, carbon monoxide detectors.

Accessibility
The Villa has 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor which is ideal for the elderly and children.
Outside
There is a south facing terrace off the master bedroom and living room looking over the pool, a BBQ area and pool showers and a private car port.
Coast/Beach
East side of the marina are the Vilamoura and Quarteria beaches with their lengthy promenades which are about Vilamoura is a privately run exclusively developed holiday resort. Its focal point is the marina, one of the largest in Western Europe, surrouned by a well laid out array of shops, restaurants, bars, discos, casino, five star hotels and apartment blocks. On one side of the marina entrances is the Falasia Beach extending for several miles westward. On the 10/15 min walk away.
Golf
Vilamoura has 5 of the best courses on the Algarve, the newest being Victoria which held the Golf World Cup in October 2005. Prices are reasonable and well worth trying even if you have never played before and are only 3 minutes drive away. Vilamoura has five championship standard 18-hole golf courses: The Old Course; The Pinhal Course; The Laguna; The New Victoria and The Millennium Course. Interspersed between these are beautiful, individual villas of all kinds and sizes.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is 20 minutes drive. A car is not necessary as everthing is very close and you can take a taxi 30/35 euros or we can organise a pick up from the airport do let me know.
Distances
A 30 second walk to the supermarket and 15 mins into Vilamoura's Marina and beach. A taxi would cost approx 3 euros, their is also a tourist train which passes by every 20 minutes and costs approx 3/4 euros per day, this train takes you around all tourist spots in Vilamoura.
Further details
Vilamoura is a great place as it caters for all ages with the Algarve's largest marina and beautiful beaches and is only a 15 minute drive to Quinta do Lago/Vale do Lobo and Albufeira. There's lots to see and do. We will also have a food pack for when you arrive, to get you started.we also have a very good babysitter who looks after our children if needed, so let us know if you have any special requests .
