Beautiful holiday villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac, west of Albufeira. The villa offers complete privacy for a relaxing holiday, with a private pool. Within a very short walk are the beaches of Evaristo and Castello, and only 8 minutes walk to Gale beach which is one of the best beaches in the Algarve. Casa Ocean View, is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped to the highest standard.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible. Please look at availability calendar.
| Bedrooms: | The ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms with terrace doors, overlooking the front garden. The first floor has a double bedroom which has a terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a twin bedroom on the first floor which overlooks the front. |
| Bathrooms: | The ground floor bedrooms have a bathroom between them. There is a cloakroom situated off the hall/lounge. The first floor master bedroom has a bath/shower en-suite. The twin bedroom has a shower en-suite. |
| Kitchen: | Very well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and toaster. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The hall leads to a spacious sitting/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and PS2. The dining area consists of a large table with 8 chairs. The lounge has two large sofas. The doors open onto the pool and terrace which is south facing. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned once a week. There is bed linen and towels for each person. The towels will be changed midweek. |
Notes on accommodation
Central heating with a fire place, free standing fans in all bedrooms and a hair-dryer in the master bedroom. The villa is suitable for families and the elderly.
Outside
The garden of the villa is accessible all the way round with off road car parking facilities. The private pool is approx 5m x 3m. Sun beds and sun parasols are provided. There is a large covered area with a patio table and 8 chairs. The barbecue is at the west side of the villa. There is a washing line on the east side.
Coast/Beach
Within a very short walk are the beaches of Evaristo and Castello. These beaches consist of beautiful bays with a very good beach bar/restaurant on each. Only 8 minutes walk to Gale beach, which is one of the best beaches in the Algarve. This beach consists of a beautiful area which you can walk along, for miles. Gale beach has beach bars/restaurants and lots of water sports.
Golf
Salgados golf course is a 5 minute car ride. Vilamoura golf courses are 20 minutes car ride.
Travel
Car hire is recommended but not essential (this can be arranged through the owners). At the beginning of the cul-de-sac is bus stops, and a taxi rank is 2 minute walk away. Faro airport if a 40 minute drive.
Distances
The villa is situated 5km west of Albuferia. Algarve Shopping Centre is a 15 minute drive away. Vilamoura is a 20 minute drive. Zoo Marine is 15 minutes. There are several water parks between 15 and 30 minutes drive.
Further details
Several restaurants and shops are within two minutes walk. The supermarkets are 10 minutes walk and all have cash point facilities. There are more restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Exclusion of pets and smokers. 25% non refundable deposit.
Balance due 6 weeks before departure date. Refundable breakage deposit £350.
Guest comments
2007 was our first year of letting our villa, the four families that stayed there thought it was lovely and that the pictures did not do it justice. Ideal location.
