Bathrooms: Bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with a shower over, WC and bidet.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, oven and hob.
Living Rooms: Living area with dining table and chairs, large sofa and chair. There is a TV, DVD player and IPod docking station/Radio alarm clock. Double patio doors open out onto south facing terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed once weekly.

The apartment has a south facing terrace with built-in BBQ and patio furniture.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is within easy access of the numerous beaches of the Ria Formosa islands known for being peaceful and unspoilt. From July to September, just 5 mins walk from the apartment, a boat services runs to the beach at Santa Luzia. Barril beach can be accessed by using the little train (about 5 mins drive away) or by walking. Tavira island beach, which is accessed by a regular ferry boat is just 10 mins drive away.

Golf
Benamor golf course near Cabanas is a 10 min drive and the golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima another 10 mins further down the road. To the west Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are approx 30 mins from the apartment and the golf courses at Vilamoura a further 15 mins.

Travel
Nearest airport is Faro approx 30km. Car hire is not essential but recommended.

Distances
The unspoilt historic town of Tavira is just 4km away. Here you will find many old buildings, the remains of a castle and a number of churches. There are numerous shops, restaurants and a daily market. The town lies on both sides of the river Gilão linked by a roman bridge and on warm summer evenings public entertainment can be found in the park by the river.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 is required. This is payable with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks following arrival home.
