Changeover day
We try to be flexible regarding changeover days where we can. On arrival the villa will be available from 3pm, and departure from the villa is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is fully equipped with pool table and table tennis table and a BBQ. All bedding is supplied along with hand and bath towels. In addition each room has a hairdryer. Pool Heating is charged at £150 per week but should not be required during summer months.

Large private heated pool 10m x 5m. Landscaped gardens. Excellent quality sun loungers. High quality garden furniture c/w table and 10 chairs. BBQ. Pool table. Table tennis table.
Coast/Beach
Access to the exclusive Vila Sol beach resort (10 mins away). In addition, a selection of long sandy beaches are only 10 minutes away.
Golf
Guests at the villa are able to enjoy the facilities provided at the 27 hole Vila Sol Golf Course and also the Spa and Fitness Centre; the Clubhouse is only a 5 minute walk away and in itself offers relaxed surroundings, good food and drink and breathtaking views. Booking notes
Please email or telephone Jan with your preferred dates. A booking deposit of 25% is required when booking, with the balance and breakage deposit of £200 per week payable 8 weeks before your holiday. The property contains an inventory which will be inspected by the on site property maintenance company prior to arrival and after departure. Any damage or breakages will be taken out of the breakage deposit. If the damage/breakage exceeds the breakage deposit you will be charged in full.
