The villa has 3 bedrooms with the option of a 2 bed rental for smaller parties (at a reduced rate low/mid season only). The master bedroom has a king size bed and has en-suite shower room and the other 2 bedroom have twin beds and the family bathroom has bath and shower facility. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard with high quality soft furnishings and bedding. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, integrated large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob and is complimented further with granite worksurfaces. All windows are fitted with electric shutters and the property is fully alarmed. Also for your comfort the vila is fully air conditioned, has sat TV, DVD player and Video Player with a selection of Movies and Music for your use. The 3 terraces offer ample space for al fresco dining and entertaining. Carvoeiro has beautiful beaches - two of which are within walking distance.

All linen and towels included in the price with the exception of beach towels. Maid service at the end of each rental period or by seperate arrangement. A welcome pack can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
Log fire for those nights with a chill in the air. Air conditioning or blown air heating in some rooms. Location is suitable for all age groups with young chilren enjoying the open space the complex affords as well as the large pool area.
Accessibility
Access to the property is easy and flat making it suitable for families with pushchairs or wheelchairs.
The storage area off the kitchen area, makes storage of items easy and convenient.
Outside
The 3 patios look onto a small garden area planted with lawn and seasonal plants and flowers which are well maintained throughout the season.
The property also comes equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The property is within walking distance of 2 beaches (1000m). Within a 5 minute drive further beaches and dramatic coves can be discovered and accessed, with parking adjacent.
Golf
Adjacent to the Vale De Milho Golf Course, with the option of visiting and experiencing the more challenging courses within the area. The famous Gramacho Course is 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Club Golfemar is a 40 minute drive from Faro airport, where multiple car hire firms offer competitive prices.
Distances
Rocha Brava with its local shops and restaurants is 300 m away whilst Carvoeiro towm with its shops bars/ cafes and restaurants is 2500 m away and is a pleasant walk of 30 minutes or a 4 euro tax ride. It summer months a local 'train' runs form the town square to Rocha Brava and it is a great favourite with the children or those who simply want to have a fun form of transport.

Booking can be made by email or telephone.
An initial deposit of 20% is payable with the balance being paid 6 weeks before departure.
There is also a returnable bond of £150 on return of key and with no reported damages.
Guest comments
Last year was our first year of rental. We have had two return bookings for 2008 already. To date we have had only praise for the standard of accomodation, and the quality of the complex in general.
