Minutes away from the lovely historic city of Lagos and the beach resort of Luz. Lagos is a historic fishing town where old cobbled streets contrast the vibrant Yacht Marina. Luz is a beautiful beach resort providing family waterfront activities and a beautiful beach. There are literally hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes in Lagos and Luz.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Usual arrival time is after 4pm and departure 10am. Please contact the owners if times outside of these are required.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, with 2 single beds (can be converted to double), A/C, large storage areas, dressing table, chair and plasma TV.
Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds (can be converted to double) and as bedroom 1. Sofa bed in lounge.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rail and wash basin. Second bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail.
Kitchen: Fully equiped kitchen with high specification appliances including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Iron and ironing board also.
Living Rooms: Large living/dining area with 2 sets of patio doors opening to rear garden and spectacular views of golf course and lake. Large screen LCD TV with DVD, full satellite package (inc. UK channels and Sky), music centre and a/c. Dining table seating 6.
Other: The apartment is secure with electric shutter blinds. Good storage space. Satellite TV channels available in all lounge and bedrooms. There is a safe in the apartment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen and bathroom/kitchen towels are provided. Bed linen changed weekly. Mid week clean and change of bathroom/kitchen towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

Private front and rear garden/patios with patio furniture on both. South facing rear garden with sun loungers and BBQ facilities and spectacular views of golf course and lake. Large heated main swimming pool and smaller heated children’s swimming pool in a private area accessed by key cards. Ample sunbeds and umbrellas and lots of space round the pool. All Boavista facilities within walking distance including golf, tennis, football, children’s playground, spa and clubhouse facilities where guests enjoy 10% discount. The newly opened luxury Spa has a large indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fully equiped gymnasium and Spa treatments.

Coast/Beach
The Western Algarve is renowned for its beaches with lots of small sandy coves along the expanse of sandy coastline. The nearest beaches are within 5 minutes drive. Scuba diving and snorkelling, surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing and dolphin watching all available locally.

Golf
Boavista championship golf course is a par 72, 6053m course. The course boasts delightful views of Lagos Bay and the Monchique Mountains. Driving range and golf academy. Pitching and chipping area, practice bunkers and putting green. 25% off green fees available to residents. Lots of other championship golf courses with a 30 minute drive.

Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes away and the Boavista Resort is very easily found via motorway driving. Seville 2 hours, Lisbon 2hours 30mins. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
The property has ideal location in the Western Algarve being within 5 minutes drive of both Lagos and Luz, where you will find shops and places of historic interest. Lots of places to visit for children including Slide & Splash (largest water park on the Algarve), Zoomarine (experience the wonder of sea life) and Zoolagos (a traditional zoo).

Further details
The historic town of Lagos offers a great local fruit and veg market on Saturdays and on the 1st Saturday of each month there is a gypsy market near the bullring. All the usual facilites such as banks, supermarkets, local shops etc in both Luz and Lagos.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Any damages should be reported to our agent Careways prior to departure (office on site at Boavista).
