Accessibility
Property is all on one level. However it is not suited to wheelchair users.
Outside
Shared swimming pool approximately 15m x 7 m with a shallow area for children. Shared tennis court on site. Garden size is approximately 400m square and terrace area approximately 70m square, providing areas of sun and shade throughout the day. Parking for at least two vehicles and traditional barbecue in garden area.
Coast/Beach
Numerous blue flag beaches close to location and the closest beach to the villa is Zambujeira Do Mar which is 10 minutes drive away by car. The seaside town of Vila Nova Do Milfontes is approximately 15 minutes away. The town has two beautiful beaches as well as a river providing boat trips and fishing expeditions.
Golf
Four courses approximately one hour away. Palmares, Penina, Parque da Floresta, and Boa Vista.
Special interest holidays
The area is ideal for the discerning surfer. Upwards of 36 beaches are within 45 minutes drive providing some of Europes most consistent year round surf. The closest beaches are only ten miutes from the villa. Horse riding is available at several stables about 15 minutes by car. The region provides excellent walking areas, with numerous hiking routes and wildlife in abundance, ideal for ornithologists.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by car. Lisbon Airport is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by car. A car is essential for use at the villa.
Distances
The nearest town is Odemira, which is 5 minutes away by car. A supermarket is found less than 5 minutes away which also has an ATM facility and late opening. The scenic Monchique mountains are approximately one away by car.
Further details
Numerous restaurants are within 5kms and hundreds more are to be explored in the nearby coastal towns and villages.

A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Total amount to be paid in full if booking within 4 weeks of arrival.
