The apartment is in easy walking distance of the beach, good restaurants, bars and shops. Complex facilities include shared pools, onsite cafe/bar, shop, childrens' safety play area and pretty landscaped gardens.

Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but flexible depending on season, current bookings and flight prices.
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10.30 on day of departure.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, WC and basin.
Main bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet, basin.
Both bathrooms have shaver points and large mirrors.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen, with marble worktops, gas hob, electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast table.
Living Rooms: Large airconditioned living/dining room with adjoining balconies. Two three-seater sofas (one a double sofa bed), TV with UK Freeview, DVD, CD, PS 2, books and games e.g monopoly, scrabble and cards. Extendable dining table to seat 6/8 people.
Other: Spaceous hallway with large storage cupboard for suitcases etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bathroom, tea towels and linen included. Towels changed twice per week and bed linen weekly. Apartment cleaned weekly. Guests must use their own towels for the beach.

Coast/Beach
The local beach in Praia da Luz is ideal for families, and under 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Within 10-15 minutes drive there is a stunning choice of at least 4-5 other beautiful beaches including Burgau, Salema, Praia D'Ana, and Meia Praia in Lagos.

Golf
There are two golf courses within 10 minutes drive, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta, and several more within easy reach.

Special interest holidays
The Western end of the Algarve offers a truly spectacular coastline, a paradise for walkers and surfers alike. Walkers will no doubt enjoy the clifftop walk from Praia da Luz to Bergau (3 miles), or by venturing inland to the stunning hillside scenery of the Monchique area. Surfers will relish the challenges of the Western coastline with its rolling Atlantic waves.

Travel
The apartment is within 50 minutes easy drive from Faro airport, where car hire is readily available.
Car hire is recommended though not essential as airport transfers can be arranged.
Taxis and local bus services are readily available to and from Praia da Luz.

Distances
Within 5-10 minutes walk to all the main facilities of Praia da Luz, including beach, bars, restaurants and excellent supermarket.
5-10 minutes drive to the ancient town of Lagos with its historic buildings, Marina, shops, restaurants and bars.

Further details
For children there are Waterparks, and two Zoos within a 30 minute drive, one near Lagos, and the other on the road to Monchique, all well worth a visit.

All bookings must be accompanied by a completed booking form and signed terms and conditions (available on owners website), accompanied by a non refundable 20% deposit, subject to a minimum £150. Full balance payable no later than two calendar months before your departure.
