The accommodation is to a high standard, both bedrooms are air conditioned, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with "Jacuzzi" bath and integral shower. The open plan lounge/diner is air conditioned and contains a TV (English Freeview channels), DVD player, a music centre and now Wi-Fi access. Double doors from the lounge open to a terraced area where there is comfortable space for eating al fresco on the terrace, which has a built in barbecue and adequate seating for 4. The terrace overlooks the pools and children’s play area before looking further afield over the Millennium golf course and distant sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine.

Notes on accommodation
There is a travel cot (without bedding) and highchair available if required at no additional charge.
The English-speaking manager will be at Olivos Golfe apartment to meet guests after receiving confirmation of the guests arrival at Faro airport. The manager will be available during your stay in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking but guests may smoke on the terraces.
Accessibility
The apartment is accessible by lift from the basement garage though there are eight steps up to the pool area.
Outside
The apartment, new in 2005, also benefits from a large communal pool, children’s pool, attractive and well kept private enclosed landscaped gardens with a children’s play area. There is underground parking for 2 cars and if required there is an elevator to all levels.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches nearby, the extensive Falesia beach and the Marina Beach are both within a 5 minute drive.
Golf
Three of the main golf courses in Vilamoura: Laguna, Millennium and Victoria are all within walking distance, the Apartment overlooks the Millennium course. All the other Vilamoura courses are with 5/10 minutes drive.
Travel
Vilamoura is approximately 25 minutes from Faro International airport.
To enjoy Vilamoura to its full, together with the surrounding towns and villages, we recommend you organise car hire before arrival. If you wish, we can organise this on your behalf through our management company who have access to very competitive car hire prices.
Distances
There is lots of interest near to the apartment. Most local towns are accessible by bus or car from Vilamoura, plus water parks, horseriding, Seaworld and Zoo Marine are all short distances away.
Further details
A local restaurant and bar is a short walk away. The attractions of Vilamoura with its bustling marina, casino and countless shops and restaurants catering not only for Portuguese cuisine but also every type of international cuisine are all within 5 minutes drive.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the rental charge is payable when making the reservation. The balance of the rental charge must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your intended arrival date. A damages deposit cheque for £200 is payable when making your booking, this is to be held against any breakages or damages. This deposit is returnable within 14 days after your departure if no damages or breakages have occurred and will be posted to your home address. Full details of booking conditions available.
