Casa Joja is a pretty end of terrace Luz bay home. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Luz Village and is only a few minutes walk form the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The third bedroom is ideal for children with bunkbeds and a small bed with sides in situ. As owners with children we are aware of safety and therefore the pool is gated off as is the top living area so children can crawl "freely" Our own children have left a selection of toys and videos to be played with. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and large bathroom, while the middle blue room has twin beds. The house was completely renovated in 2006 and benefits from a large modern kitchen and open living area with beautiful views over Luz beach.

All linen provided. Cleaning 3 times per week including changeover day.

Large terrace with eating area, bbq and sunloungers enjoying extensive sea views. Child gate down to lower pool and sun bathing area, also accessed from the bedrooms.

Coast/Beach
200 yards from the beautiful sandy beach at the centre of the village which has a large range of watersports equipment for hire as well as a beach volleyball net. Tennis courts, horse riding, atc are all available in Luz and the coastal walking and cycle path starts about 100 yards from the townhouse.

Golf
Golfers are especially well catered for with the new and challenging Boa Vista on the edge of the village. Parque da Floresta and Palmares are 15 mins away and Henry Cottons' Penina as well as Alto and the recent Nick Price course are less than 25 to 30 minutes.

Travel
Faro - 85km (55 miles, 1 hour max) - almost all by motorway.

Distances
Lagos - 7km.
West coast - large beaches with surf - 25 mins.

Further details
Luz boasts a number of bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a range of shops and supermarket. From this house all are within 5 -10 mins walk so no car is needed. The nearest restaurant and small supermarket are 50 yards away.
However this is in a very quiet location on a quiet cul-da-sac.
