This is one of a kind villa shaped in a hexagon around a central courtyard from which you can access the roof terrace with views to the sea. Beautifully decorated throughout it has a large living where you will find satellite TV for your enjoyment, a dining room with dining table and chairs, air-conditioning is throughout. In the well equipped kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the equipment you need make your stay comfortable. There is four bedroom all en-suite two double, two twin. There is also a shower room with WC. Outside the property you will find a private pool with a large lawn and mature trees.

Outside
There is a private shaded barbeque area at the back of the property with table and chairs. To the back of the property there is a private pool and sun loungers. Leading from the central courtyard there is a large sun terrace for you to enjoy.
Coast/Beach
The local beach of Armacao de Pera is a 5 minute drive from the property or 30 minute country walk. Armacao de pera has water sports located along the beach front. Close to the area you are spoilt by the many beaches and coves that you can find inc Praia da Marinha, Praia Grande, Praia da Rocha and Senhora da Rocha to name a few and all within short drives from the villa.
Golf
Salgados 18 hole, Alto 18 hole, Pinta 18 hole, Gramacho 18 hole, silves 18 hole. All the above courses are within 15 minutes drive from the property. The new five star Pestana golf course in silves is less than 20 minutes drive from here.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport and only 35 minutes drive, a car is not essential, the taxi service is very good but if you would like to explore the Algarve and all its attractions then it would be ideal to hire a car.
Distances
The nearest town is Armacao de Pera which is only 2 kms from the property, this has a nice range of restaurants, cafes and bars. With a local market for alll your fresh fruit/veg and a great fish market is ideal. There is also a good choice of supermarkets, banks (ATM), and other places of interest. Taxi service and bus service is also available from here.
Further details
There are two traditional Portuguese restaurants and bar only 15mins walk from the villa. Other interests are the water park, which is in walking distance. The Zoo Marine is only 5 mins drive a chance to see and experience some of nature's beautiful sea creatures a great day out for all the family. Within 15 minutes drive there is a large shopping centre where you will find all a wide selection of shops inc Mango, Zara.
Booking notes
20% depoist on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 returnable breakage bond is required.
