This new modern, spacious villa is situated on a small developement behind the Marina, in the historic town of Lagos, on the western tip of the Algarve. There is a pool on the complex, with showers/wc and changing facilities. It has a lovely view out over the sea. The lively 'Marina de Lagos' is only a couple of minutes away with its many excursions available (dolphin watching, fishing, diving plus many more). This property is in an ideal position for anyone who enjoys golf, as the Palmares and Boa Vista golf clubs are close by.

Downstairs next to the shower room is a store room which has an ironing board, clothes airer, plus a cool box for picnics (ice blocks in freezer) and spare fold up deckchairs for car/beach/pool etc. |

2 sofas a 3 seater and a 2 seater the 3 seater makes into a large sofa bed. Sky TV. DVD. A dining room table with 6 chairs, bean bags. Villa has video entry phone installed. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels/ linen are provided for up to 4 guests, xtra small charge for linen pack for 5/6 guests. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided. If you require a mid-holiday clean/linen change, this can be arranged at an extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has central heating, electric shutters on windows and doors. Plus smoke alarms. A cot and highchair and stairgate are supplied. Hairdryer provided. There is a video entry phone installed. Loungers for the pool are provided.

Outside
The secluded back garden has the sun most of the day. There are 4 sunloungers, a parasol, and a patio table and 4 chairs. We have extra fold up garden chairs stored in the villa, if required. There is also a gas barbecue for those evening meals on the patio. 4 loungers for pool use are also provided.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Meia Praia is a 10 - 15 minute walk, or a 2 min drive, plenty of free parking along the coast road by the 7km stretch of wonderful, clean, golden sands.
There are lot of other wonderful beaches and sandy coves all aroung the coastal area of Lagos. 'Praia De Ana' one of the most famous beaches on the Algarve is only a few minutes by car.
Golf
There are 2 golf clubs nearby. The closest in Meia Praia, is the Palmares golf club, which is a 5 minute drive away, it is a good standard links course. Boa Vista is a well known course in the area and has some spectacular views, which is a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is a 50 minute drive. Car Hire is recommended.
The A22 motorway makes the journey from the airport very simple to Lagos.
Distances
Lagos town is a 15 mins walk or 02 mins drive, free parking is available at the marina, where a footbridge connects the marina to the promenade and shops, restaurants and bars of the town.
The fishing port of Portimao is a 20 mins drive, and the beautiful Monchique mountains, with its spas and villages, are only a 40 mins drive.
The historic town of Silves, with its old fortress, is also a 40 min drive.
Further details
The cobbled streets of Lagos host a large variety of restaurants, bars and bistros.
You will find Chinese retaurants, Steak houses, and restaurants that specialise in local fresh seafood.
To keep the kids happy, Pizza Hut and Macdonalds are also the town.
